Community Financial Counseling Services (CFCS): CFCS can help if you are having difficulties managing your finances due to a gambling problem.

Gambler’s Anonymous: A 12 step self-help group that can support you if you want to stop gambling.

Gam-Anon: A 12 step self-help group that can support you if your family member or friend is having problems with gambling.

GamTalk: GamTalk is an online discussion and support community that can help you if you have gambling concerns.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

What is the Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program?      
  
The Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program allows Manitobans to take a break from gambling at premises owned or operated by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries, on PlayNow.com, or both. 

For detailed information about the program please visit our Informed Gambling  website.  
You can enroll in the VSE program either in person at Club Regent Casino or McPhillips Station Casino, or by calling 204-957-2500 ext. 8468 to make an appointment to enroll offsite.

If you wish to exclude yourself from PlayNow.com only, you will need to log into your account. Select “My Account” and from there select “Self-Exclusion”. The screens will guide you through the process. Once complete your account will be cancelled and any unredeemed player cash will be paid out.
