Sarah Pinsent - Director

Sarah Pinsent opened Lean in Counselling & Consulting Inc., her Gimli, Manitoba-based counselling and therapy practice, in 2018. Sarah grew up in the Interlake and has lived in Gimli since 2009 with her husband and four children. 

A community and social services professional, Sarah is highly skilled in the delivery of mental health services for individuals, relationships, and families. She provides support and recovery for persons living with addiction and trauma. 

Sarah is a community volunteer and feels a strong commitment to bettering the lives of those around her. She brings to the MBLL board a focus on integrity management and on building and maintaining trusting interpersonal relationships. She holds a master’s from Dalhousie University focused on social work.
