Whether you are serving our customers directly in one of our casinos or Liquor Marts or applying your skills behind the scenes in one of our many vital support positions, you’ll always be earning more than a paycheck. That’s because 100% of our profits are returned to Manitobans to support needed programs that we all benefit from. Here you’re not just working for yourself but also your neighbours, your community, and all Manitoba.

We love that MBLL employees are known for their giving spirit, and we help them contribute to their favourite charities in a variety of ways. Whenever they volunteer, make donations through our payroll deduction program, donate blood or organize employee-driven charitable initiatives, MBLL rewards their efforts by kicking in a corporate donation that amplifies their generosity. It’s just one more example of how were doing good together at MBLL.
