0% Apple Cider Sangria Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 apples, cubed
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 pear, cubed
- 3 cups apple cider
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda
- Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
To Prepare
- Add chopped fruit to a pitcher.
- Top with apple cider and lemon-lime soda. Stir to combine
- Serve over ice and garnish with fruit or a cinnamon stick.
0% Cold Fashioned Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz cold brew concentrate
- 1/2 oz simple syrup*
- Orange bitters, to taste
- Orange peel, for garnish
To Prepare
- Stir everything together with ice and top with an orange peel garnish
*Simple Syrup
- Combine equal parts sugar and water in a pot.
- Heat on low until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool and store in airtight container.
0% Grapefruit Paloma Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
- Sliced grapefruit and lime wedges, for garnish
To Prepare
- In a glass with ice, add grapefruit juice, lime juice and top with lemon-lime soda.
- Stir well and garnish with grapefruit and lime wedges.
Blueberry Maple Mojito Recipe
Ingredients
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup blueberry juice
- 1/2 cup club soda
- Fresh or frozen blueberries, for garnish
To Prepare
- Add the mint leaves to a glass. Muddle well until the mint releases its flavour.
- Add the lime juice, maple syrup, blueberry juice and club soda. Stir until well combined.
- Add ice and top with blueberries, a slice of lime and mint leaves to garnish.
Ingredients
- 3 drops Abiding Citizen Cranberry Rosemary bitters
- 1 oz. zero-proof gin
- 1 oz. cranberry juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- Tonic water, chilled
- Rosemary sprigs, to garnish
To Prepare
- To a mixing glass with ice, add bitters, zero-proof gin, cranberry juice and simple syrup
- Stir and strain into a short rocks glass.
- Top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and serve.
Cantaloupe Bellini Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cantaloupe, diced
- 1 tbsp lime
- 1 tbsp simple syrup*
- 1/2 cup ice
- Sparkling lemonade
To Prepare
- In a blender, combine cantaloupe, lime juice, simple syrup and ice and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Add mixture to glass making it half full.
- Slowly top with sparkling lemonade.
*Simple Syrup
- Combine equal parts sugar and water in a pot.
- Heat on low until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool and store in airtight container.
Double Berry Lime Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
- Fresh blackberries
- Fresh blueberries
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Soda water
- Mint leaves, for garnish
To Prepare
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle a handful each of blueberries and blackberries.
- Add lime juice, honey and a handful of ice.
- Shake contents well.
- Strain mixture into an ice-filled glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with mint and a few berries.
Fig and Honey Fizz Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 figs. sliced
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 cup soda water
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- Dash of orange bitters
To Prepare
- Combine the honey, water and figs in a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer over low heat and whisk continuously until the honey is melted and the figs begin to soften. Add the thyme and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture sit for a few minutes. Remove the thyme and use a blender to blend the honey and figs into a smooth syrup.
- In a small pitcher, combine soda water, apple cider and bitters. Add 2 tbsp of the fig and honey syrup and stir. Pour into two glasses over ice and garnish with extra thyme and fig slices.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. zero-proof vodka
- .5 oz. chocolate syrup
- 1 oz. espresso or cold brew concentrate
- 3 drops Abiding Citizen Hot Pepper bitters
- Chili powder, to garnish
- Whole coffee beans, to garnish
To Prepare
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shale until chilled and frothy
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with chili powder and 3 coffee beans
Juicy Julep Recipe
Ingredients
- Crushed ice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Ginger ale
- 1 tsp mint, finely chopped
To Prepare
- Fill a glass with crushed ice and add pineapple juice, orange juice and lime juice.
- Top the glass with ginger ale and stir in chopped mint.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint, a lime wedge, or a pineapple slice. Enjoy!
Kiwi Lemon Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 kiwis
- Half of a lemon, thinly sliced
- Mint leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
- Soda water
To Prepare
- Peel one kiwi and roughly chop into small pieces. Slice the other and set aside for garnish.
- Evenly split the chopped kiwi, half of the lemon slices and a few mint leaves in two glasses and muddle.
- Add honey (1.5 tbsp per glass) and stir lightly.
- Top with ice and soda water, stir.
- Garnish with kiwi and lemon slices.
Michelada Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- Lime wedge
- Celery salt
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Tabasco, to taste
- 1 can 0% alcohol beer
- 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Clamato juice
- Pickles, beans, or celery for garnish (optional)
To Prepare
- Use a lime wedge to wet the rims of two glasses, then twist in a plate of celery salt.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Add a few dashes each of Worcestershire and Tabasco to desired taste.
- Divide 0% beer and lime juice between glasses, top with clamato and stir.
- Garnish with your favourite fixings - like lime wedges, pickles or celery.
Peppermint White Russian Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1 peppermint stick, for garnish
To Prepare
- Rim glass with simple syrup and crushed candy canes.
- Fill glass with ice and pour the brewed cold coffee over.
- Add vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Float the heavy cream over the coffee. Stir very gently.
- Add a peppermint stick as a garnish and enjoy!
Pineapple Jalapeno Mock-arita Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedges, jalapenos and basil, for garnish
To Prepare
- Combine kosher salt and chili powder on a plate. Rim glass with the mixture.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1-2 slices of jalapeno (depending on spice preference) with lime juice.
- Fill half of the shaker with ice, add pineapple juice and shake well.
- Pour into rimmed glass and garnish with pineapple wedges and jalapeno slices.
Pomegranate Mojito Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 10-15 mint leaves
- 4 limes, juiced
- 16 oz pomegranate juice
- 2 cups club soda
- 2-3 tbsp agave nectar, to taste
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
To Prepare
- Muddle mint leaves in a pitcher with a splash of lime juice.
- Add pomegranate juice, agave nectar and remaining lime juice. Stir well and let sit 15 minutes.
- Pour into glasses over ice and parnish with frozen cranberries and fresh mint leaves.
Ingredients
- 3 drops Abiding Citizen Lavender bitters
- 1 oz. elderflower cordial
- 3 oz. zero-proof brut, chilled
- Wheel of lime, to garnish
To Prepare
- Add bitters and elderflower cordial to a coupe glass and stir.
- Top with zero-proof brut and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime and serve.
Raspberry Spritz Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp fresh raspberries
- 2 oz club soda
- 1 tbsp simple syrup*
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
To Prepare
- Muddle raspberries in a glass.
- Add club soda, simple syrup and lemon juice and stir.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and herbs, if desired.
* Simple Syrup
- Combine equal parts sugar and water in a pot.
- Heat on low until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool and store in airtight container.
Roasted Peach Lemonade Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 medium peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups lemonade
- Soda water
To Prepare
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
- Ona baking dish, place peaches skin side down and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 25 minutes until skins are easy to pull off.
- Put skinned peaches in a blender and cover with lemonade. Blend until puréed. It should be a little frothy.
- In a pitcher, mix peach purée with the rest of the lemonade. Let cool.
- Top with soda water and garnish with fresh peaches.
Rosemary Grapefruit Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 grapefruits, juiced
- 2 oz rosemary simple syrup*
- Soda water
To Prepare
- Fill half of a cocktail shaker with ice. Add grapefruit juice and simple syrup, shake well.
- Pour into a glass and top with club soda.
* Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Dissolve 1 cup sugar into 1 cup water, add 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, then strain through a cheesecloth. Let cool.
Sans-Gria Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 5-7 strawberries, sliced
- 1-15 green grapes
- 20 blueberries
- 8-10 sprigs of mint
- 12 oz white grape juice
- 12 oz orange juice
- 24 oz sparkling water
To Prepare
- In a large pitcher, combine lemon slices, orange slices, strawberries, grapes, blueberries and mint.
- Add grape juice, orange juice and sparkling water. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve in glasses garnished with fresh mint and fruit. Enjoy!
Sparkling Ginger Cran Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Organge wedge
- 2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Fresh cranberries and lime wedges, for garnish
To Prepare
- On a small plate, combine the sugar and orange zest. Run an orange wedge around the rim of the glass and twist to coat in the orange zest sugar.
- Add ice to the glass and pour in cranberry juice and ginger beer. Stir.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and a squeeze of lime.
Spicy Grapefruit Ginger Mule Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Sprig of mint
- 1-3 slices jalapeno
- 4 oz ginger beer
To Prepare
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle grapefruit juice, lime juice, mint and jalapeno slices.
- Fill a glass with ice and strain the juice mixture over it. Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint or jalapeno slice if you desire!
Spicy Pickled Caesar Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp celery salt
- 8 oz Clamato juice
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 1/2 oz pickle juice
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Celery stalk, for garnish
- 1 dill pickle, for garnish
To Prepare
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then twist in a plate of celery salt.
- Fill the glass with ice and add Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and pickle juice.
- Stir well and dust the top with ground black pepper.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and dill pickle. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3 drops Abiding Citizen Manitoba Aromatic bitters
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. coconut cream
- Fresh pineapple or orange slice, to garnish
To Prepare
- To a mixing glass with ice, add zero-proof rum, almond syrup and bitters.
- Stir and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
- Top with pineapple juice and float coconut cream over the top.
- Garnish with a pineapple or orange slice and serve.
Watermellon Mojito Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 small watermelon, cubed
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Soda Water
- Lime and watermelon wedges, for garnish
To Prepare
- Blend watermelon cubes for 30 seconds. Strain mixture into a bowl and discard the pulp.
- Muddle mint, lime juice and sugar in a tall glass.
- Add ice and 4 oz of watermelon juice, then stir.
- Top with soda water and garnish with lime and watermelon wedges.
Zero-Proof Pomegranate Cheer Recipe
Ingredients
- Lime wedge and 2 tsp sugar, to rim glass
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- Dash blood orange bitters
- 1 oz pomegranate juice, chilled
- Alcohol-removed brut, chilled
- 1 tsp frozen pomegranate arils
To Prepare
- Rim a champagne flute with a lime wedge and granulated sugar.
- Add sugar to bottom of the flute and soak with bitters.
- Add pomegranate juice and top with brut, to taste.
- Garnish with pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
Zero-Proof Cranberry Fizz Recipe
Ingredients
- Simple syrup
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 6 oz cranberry juice
- 3 oz orange juice
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Club soda
To Prepare
- Rim two glasses with simple syrup and brown sugar.
- Add juices and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker and shake 5-10 seconds.
- Strain into glasses with ice, top with club soda and enjoy!
Zero-Proof Berry Chardonnay Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz blueberry juice
- 2 oz alcohol-removed chardonnay
- 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz alcohol-removed brut
To Prepare
- Shake all ingredients except the brut in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass and add the brut.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon, lime or orange.
Zero-Proof White Wine Glitzer Recipe
Ingredients
- Zero proof white wine, chilled
- Soda water
- Garnishes (Be creative! We like using fruit, candy, herbs, dried flowers, and even edible glitter!)
To Prepare
- Fill your glass of choice 3/4 with wine
- Top with soda water
- Dress it up how you like with garnishes!
